Mass Tort Assist is a legal marketing and lead-generation service. We build case-specific information and intake tools for active mass tort investigations — currently the Uber/Lyft rideshare sexual assault litigation and the Roblox child-safety litigation — so that people who believe they have a claim can quickly understand what's involved and get their situation in front of a law firm equipped to evaluate it.
Mass Tort Assist is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, we do not represent clients in court, and we cannot guarantee that any submission will result in compensation or that any particular firm will accept your case. When you submit information through our site, it is reviewed by an independent, licensed attorney or law firm, and any attorney–client relationship is formed only between you and that firm — never with Mass Tort Assist.
